Processing Times

Our current processing time is 2-4 weeks due to the handmade nature of our items. Processing time is the time it takes us to make, prepare, package, and ship your order. 

Please note that during peak season and holidays orders may require additional time.

Shipping Times

Once your order has shipped, delivery time will depend on the shipping carrier you choose at checkout. Most orders are delivered within 3-7 days after they are shipped, but delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Luki Co is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control. 

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information through the email or phone number provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear once the package has been scanned by the carrier.
